BAT you suck !!!

Firstly I don’t think I should actually give BAT a rating , they have no customer service at all ... for a big company seems like they running a circus , I purchased a carton of Stuyvesent red and the quality wasn’t satisfactory the buds were not right anyhow I called in got a reference number the first time , no response at all tried the second time the person I spoke to said to after this reference in 2 to 3 working days a rep will get back to you and it’s already over a week ... terrible service
