BAT cigarette shelving collapsed off the wall hurting our cashiers and damaging stock and our equipment.

In December 2017 our BAT cigarette shelving collapsed off the wall hurting our cashiers and damaging stock and our equipment. We immediately informed BAT of the incident and were told it will be sorted out. To date the shelving has collapsed another five times. BAT came out and made a temporary fix that did not last, we have now made our own fix to keep the shelving up, it does not look good and have received complaints about the appearance of the shelving.
