Bad service always

I'm so dissapointed in them for discontinuing the Stuyvesant red evolve slim cigarettes 20's no where it can be found in cape town ..no notice was sent out. I have 27 friends smoking the same brand and no one can find this cigarettes Monday my husband searched even in the Malmesbury areas yesterday welling and Paarl area today CBD cape town I tried looking the whole kuilsriver eersteriver till somerset west area since we are sales reps on the road we can't find it . How you just discontinue a brand without prior notice ..first price increase twice in a year now it's discontinued
