Bad quality, various boxes, numerous cigarettes... B&H Blue smooth

I've bought 5 boxes of B&H blue smooth. In each box there were between 3 and 5 cigarettes that were not smoke able. The filter is not joined correctly to the cigarette. Its either entirely loose, or there is a gap in the joining strip of paper. The first time we experienced it, we thought it was a mistake, as its never happened before. The boxes of smokes were not bought at the same time, nor in the same store. But to experience this with 5 different boxes is quite alarming. Its not exactly a cheap product and one expects a certain standard of quality. If things are not improved quickly, brands will have to be changed. I have photos of the bad quality should someone wish to view it.
