Bad quality control B&H Smooth Blue!

Hi

I smoke Benson and Hedges Smooth Blue and I honestly do enjoy them, but what I have started to notice more often is taking a cigarette out of my box and only have the filter in my hand. In the last carton I bought, I had 3 cigarettes that were not attached to the filter, and this morning again. I mean really I have put the last 3 in the bin, just writing them off, but another pack! Really guys, being a 2 pack a day girl, Loosing cigarettes at this rate, I might just as well start smoking the more expensive packs! Thing is I like the B&H taste, But this is unacceptable! Some cigarettes won't light because of the thick twigs inside the cigarettes, Again I loose half the cigarette! It is an expensive habit as is, loosing cigarettes this way...

Please get the quality controllers to do their jobs!!!
