bad prouct

I have been smoking rothamns mile red packet for 15 years now had numerous issue,,long sticks in cig,doesn't smoke,tiny holes in the cig.but never bothered to complain,but yesterday I bought 3 packets of rothmans,in the one packet we smoke,it burnt our throat like I was smoking gun powder and thru that ppacket away,but what got to my nerves was the 2 cig I lit and holes appeared with this glue yellow **** that came on the cig.lit 2nd one and same,and burnt my throat so bad that I coughed my lungs out,I kept the 2 cig,this is pathetic for rothmans ,I been a fan for years,but now I'm having doughts. I wish there some way I could be a believer again,but now I'm just telling everyone not to smoke ROTHMANS! Packket I bought,barcode ***,I kept the empty packet and the 2 cig,thru others away,to scared to even light the others,feel like taking this pictures of the cigz an going to social media, really disapointed!!!! Hope I can have positive feedback and outcome,
