Bad products

I bought an carton camel activate sigarette and the sigarettes don't have the mint ball inside. I tried going to Camel Customer Care line the line doent work I went on the website and for the last 5 days they are showing buzy with maintenance on customer services. I feel disappointed in the product I am smoking this product for the last 5 years and I am tired being *******. I WANT SAME FEED BACK PLEASE AT HOW I CAN CONTACT ABOUT THIS BAD PRODUCTS
