Bad Packaging of Pall Mall Blue Cigarettes

I only smoke Pall Mall Blue and recently every packet the lid of the packet is not secure. I buy by the carton and think this must be a quality control issue. Its infuriating. The cigarettes fall out and in the end i am not able to smoke all 20. Its costing me money and want this problem resolved. Please look into this ASAP. Thank you.
