Bad Experience With Courtleigh and British American Tobacco SA

I purchased 2 packs of Courtleigh 20's and both packs were stale and some of the filters was not straight. The 1st pack I purchased on Friday tasted dry and stale, I smoked about 7 and then gave the pack away. On Saturday I purchased another pack thinking that maybe on Friday it was just 1 of those bad packs, but then to my surprise the pack tasted the same and this time all 20 filters were not straight. I tried contacting the customer care number on the pack but did not get through. This was a very bad experience for me. Really disappointed. I am actually thinking of changing my brand. Sure you guys can do better.
