APPALING SERVICE FROM BATSA HEIDELBERG

Be very careful when entering into an agreement with this company. Their ethics is questionable. Whilst on an account with them, they deliver goods and state no delivery unless paid immediately without advising us. After phoning the representative numerous time without answering or returning calls, we phoned the office with very little reply. Nonetheless eventually we were advised after two weeks, even though office undertaken to return calls upon investigation, if orders are not above a certain amount, they are cancelling the contract. SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!
