Accounting disaster

<p>I have an account with you and your debt collection company MBD keeps calling me for an amount that is outstanding. But when I phone your accounts departement to sent me a statement the balance is Zero. This statement has been emailed to MBD on more than one occasion. MBD keeps sending me a sms that my account is in arrears and you finance department says they will sort it out because my account is paid up!!!! According to me, I received stock on the 16th of May 2017 which was paid on the 22nd of May 2017 and on the 26th of May 2017 my account wassin a credit of R3'487.88. Your company needs to sort this out, this is a frustrating problem to solve! Especially if you are getting no where between the to companies! And everytime they will get back to me which never happens!</p>
