20 Stuyvesant red soft pack

Been smoking Stuyv Red for many years. Best cigarettes in the market. Purchased a few 20 soft packs from my local Spar. When opening a fresh pack the filters were not attached to the tabaco tubes, or the filter lead was not rolled smoothly causing the cigarette to pull air and were not smokeable. I have images of the cigarettes including the images of the pack they came from. As a long time customer, I've found on the odd occasion maybe 1 cigarette in a pack with this defect. So I let those slide. This time it was nearly half a pack... Not taking into account the time it took me to find a way in which to email you, which as you read this message understand that I did not find a customer service mail address. All I would like us to be compensated with a good quality product free of defects and my rating will definitely reflect the response I receive from this unfortunate query. Currently 1 star but hey maybe we can find a way to improve this. Please supply me with a way to send you the images. I payed premium price for a product that should be a premium smoking experience. I look forward to hearing from you.
