Why British Airways loses passengers

<p>In preparation for our forthcoming flight from Cape Town to London, my wife has, once again, unsuccessfully, tried to get a commitment from British Airways that her insulin (for type 2 diabetes) can be refrigerated during the twelve hour flight. In the last five years we have flown Emirates, Etihad, Turkish, and Singapore, and none of these airlines have been unable to help.</p> <p> </p> <p>British Airways have responded:</p> <p>We should advise you that you'll need to think about how to keep your insulin at the correct temperature for your whole journey, because our crew are unable to store it in the aircraft galley areas/storeage. Of course they can give you ice at any time, if you need it for in a cool bag (or similar).</p>
