Unprofessional and unacceptable dog embargo with no notice given to the public
I'm very unhappy about this sudden dog embargo (no notice given) and am not willing to accept this. I have followed the process to the tee as required by the pet travel agency. I am moving to Grenada from South Africa. We were all going to fly BA. This is the information I received and accepted from Move a PET travel agency. We need to leave in Jan. I was happy with the quote received in November and have already received the crates. As per BA/Move a Pet I was waiting now for Jan to get a final pricing to fly in Jan and i was told that one can only do the final booking 2 weeks prior. I am not willing to accept this unprofessional company-centric decision, there was no notice provided by BA to its customers. I had to see this on a Facebook Group. I would like to know what BA is going to do to rectify this as I need to fly this month to join my husband. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and certainly lacking in ethics from a company that I assumed was reputable. I have no furniture left in the house, my car is being sold 10 Jan - what must I do now???? I would never tell my clients that from immediate effect I'm not writing tenders anymore, and give no date as to when I will resume. That's crazy, I would lose all my clients. Please let me know what will be done to assist me? My contact number is +***1. I have attached the information received from Move a PET and also my dog crates that are sitting in my empty lounge.....
