Unable to claim refund after cancelled flight

Absolutely ********** service. I had multiple flights cancelled out of Amsterdam. There was no notification that my replacement flight was cancelled. It is virtually impossible to apply for a refund (the call centre number does not work and the website online form does not work). At every turn they make it near impossible to contact them.
