Totally useless British Airways worldwide!

Never fly with British Airways. They have this useless App called veriFLY which you HAVE to use in order to check-in online. The App DOES NOT WORK. My granddaughter is booked on BA (UNFORTUNATELY) FROM AMSTERDAM via London to Johannesburg and we have spent that last 40 hours trying to comply with every step and instruction in order to be able to check-in online and it just DOES NOT WORK. You now cannot even just go the the regular British Airways site and try to check-in as previously. You HAVE to use this useless veriFLY App. which does not work. Now all she can do is take her printed documentation to submit it physically at check-in counter in Amsterdam. Most definitely the very very last time that anyone in the family will sly BA again, and we do travel extensively overseas. Goddbye BA!
