Stuck in airport for 4 days

<p>My mother is on a standby ticket from London to Johannesburg. She has been stuck in Heathrow airport since Friday 15 July 2016. She is on the verge of work issues if she does not get home soon. She is a 56yr old woman alone sleeping on chairs at the airport, every day they have a new excuse as to why she can't get a ticket, then to make things worse, on Sunday night she got a seat, had her ticket and as she went to board the plane 10 minutes before departure they told her they had sold her ticket to someone else. The people that work there have told her that it is not their problem and refuse to allow her to speak to a manager. It has now been 4 days and she still is not home. Im disgusted with the way they have been treating her. They have not even tried to help get her a hotel, she has been sleeping on the chairs at a coffee shop! </p>
