Staff Unlocked Shower Door while customer showers
My wife is a Silver Class BA Exec lounge customer. She flies in and out of London 6-7 times annually for business- en route to America. As she has a lengthy layover between flights she showers in the lounge shower area.
3 months ago she was mortified to see the door unlocking while she was standing naked inside. She screamed at whomever it was, however they continued regardless only stopping when she called for help. On reporting this her credibility and motives were questioned by the manageress on duty who was more concerned as to why my wife believed this had happened. Thereafter it was established that 2 male cleaners had access. We have subsequently complained to BA and then chased a month later - with no response. Only on her return 2 weeks ago was a basic disinterested apology issued. Again the patronising customer services manageress was focused on my wife's motives.
As far as I am concerned this is an assault. We were not angling for an upgrade or anything similar. We were however hoping for due consideration and process, and if required - disciplinary action against whichever cleaner was responsible. My wife felt like she was about to be attacked at her most vulnerable.
