Sit back and relax...not with BA

Being on a flight for 21hours can be bad enough, try being on a flight with a bad air hostess. <br> <br> Long story short we had to fly from JFK to Heatrow and from Heatrow to Cape Town on two different flights. On the first flight everything went well, but on the second flight...O gosh.<br> <br> Matters started when the air hostess forced me to put my handbag and backpack under the seat in front of me. When it did not want to fit she made me give my bag to the person next to me so that she can put it under the person in front of her seat. Don't say you are allowed a cabin bag and a handbag if clearly your not. <br> <br> Also I know about the whole label thing if your bag has a label on bla bla. Yes my bag had a label on, but that label was applicable for JFK to Heatrow, before I stuffed my bag full duty free shopping at Heatrow. <br> <br> Now I want to enjoy a movie just to find that my screen got frozen on TV and Radio. After getting the guts to call her she says (with a horrible attitude) that the screens work on two different systems and that I just have to catch up with the life TV. <br> Although after a few hours I went to ask another air hostess, and with no problem he just went to go and reset it.<br> <br> <br>
