Shocking hygiene and unsympathetic response

So on my flight back from London on Saturday evening I had a shocking experience flying British Airways I was bitten by some bug on the plane which resulted in my entire face, eye, hands and sides swelling up! When I called they simply stated its the fact that I cannot prove and it was my issue!! Just an update for those of you attempting to fly don't use them!! Very disappointed in the uncleanliness of the plane and the unsympathetic response I got from them!!
