Our flight from Johannesburg to London was delayed on 9th April due to bags having to be removed for no show passengers. We missed our connecting flight as a result. BA staff were fantastic in making a plan to rebook the most convenient onward flight and make it as stress free as possibly. We are impressed and grateful. The staff were amazing..thank you.
