Poor work ethic and theft of SA Airport Company (OR Tambo and Cape Town International Airports) and British Airways

<p>I arrived on flight BA6429 in Cape Town on 11 June 2016 to find my suitcase has been ruined, my stuff has been thrown out and damaged and my suitcase forced shut.</p> <p>My suitcase was locked with a lock. The lock wasn't on the suitcase anymore. There was a plastic bag inside my suitcase which was zipped into my suitcase zip. I don't even know how it is possible to zip that much plastic into a zipper. <br />When I finally managed to open my suitcase, I found my stuff had clearly been thrown out and just tossed back in. All my toiletry bags have been rummaged through. My brand new lamp that I bought in Bali has been broken. My handmade Balinese lace outfit that I bought for a lot of money was filthy and the packet ruined. My hair straightener's electric cord has been ripped out. I don't even know how that is physically possible.</p> <p>My brand new suitcase that is an early wedding gift from my parents is ruined. The zipper is now broken. The back of the suitcase is torn and scratched. The wheels are all scratched. The corner of the suitcase is scratched and torn. This was a very expensive suitcase! My wedding gift!!!!!!</p> <p>I cannot express to you how utterly disgusted and disappointed I am in the work ethic of SA Airport Company of OR Tambo and Cape town International Airports as well as British Airways. I have traveled all the way to Bali, nothing like this happened and this is the welcome I get in my own country. This is disgusting!</p> <p>On the same flight another passenger's hard drive was ****** out of his suitcase. Clearly there is a major problem!!</p>
