Pathetic Pathetic Service!

I had been traveling throughout the UK on virtually every form of transport and everything went off without a glitch. However if there is one entity that lets the country down it is British Airways.

After checking my itinerary the night before to ensure I arrive at the right terminal I had arrived at Heathrow airport terminal 5. Only to find out that British Airways do not fly to Doha anymore. i was informed that my flight had been rebooked with Qatar Airlines, as British Airways and Qatar Airlines has a combination of the poorest service in the industry they obviously share a relationship when it comes to these routes.

I am fully aware that as I booked through a third party that they were at fault for not updating me, however I dealt with a lady who works for your prestige's entity at your terminal 5 her name was Sonal who I think was the least helpful person in the entire world. As a tourist I would have thought that she would extend a helping hand to provide any additional information, even if she could not get me another flight. To describe her as rude, unprofessional and unhelpful would be an understatement.

After a lot of fighting and struggling Qatar airlines booked me on another flight that involved an 8 hour layover when my original flight had a 1 hour layover. I would never trust your airline or the people who work for this pathetic entity ever again.
