Pathetic. Everybody sleeps at British Airways

My son used British Airways to fly during September 2022. Several Items were ****** from his luggage. We have been trying to claim for the damages since then, but without success.

Nobody at BA ever answers the phone. Nobody ever reply to an e-mail. The website does not work. The 'Contact us' on the website is void. In short, you are *****ed when dealing with BA!

After giving up on the phone calls, the e-mails and the website (which does not work), we went to OR Thambo - TWICE ALREADY!!! Stood in line for a long time to speak to someone who is clueless.

MONTHS LATER. Nothing has been resolved.

There are 159 reviews for British Airways on Hello Peter. Today, I will add another. The score is 1.9 out of 10 and the airline is ranked number ZERO of all! This is the true reflexion of the airline.
