Not very impressed with British Airways

Flight delayed full day. No flights left from UK to SA Had to pay a fortune for a taxi to a hotel. Flight re booked for tonight. Will incur a lot of expenses. No guidance give. Left to your own to sort everything out. The list could go on …..
