No reply and ************** against women

I had the horrific experience to be on a flight form London Heathrow to Belfast City airport at 10 am on 18 th December. There was an emergency land ing of which I still don't the reason why. I complained after being on a flight for 8 hours,which should have been 55 minutes, received 5 pounds for food at coffee at Heathrow - hello!, the most irritant thing is that I was going on holiday, lost a days car hire, missed concerts that my neice and nephews were involved in and BA have simply rep**** \apologies and hope to see you fly with us again soon". What they didn't know is that you get to know yr fellow passengers for 8 hours and I gave them my business card. They both wrote to me and also sent a complaint and each received ?100 in compensation. I wrote to BA on 7 occasions reporting this and no one has had the decency to reply to me. So this is blatant **************. I also paid double the fare for my ticket and I was sitting in the same row as them??!!!! I am not leaving this"
