NO REFUND ON A DEATH

It has been nearly 6 months since my hubby passed away still waiting for the full refund on our flights which where cancelled in November. I have been telephoning them repeatedly and getting the answer we can only refund when the money bounces back from his credit card we will refund you. His bank cannot assist me as the account is closed.
