No luggage and no support

I recently travelled to the US, the trip there and back deserves a separate post altogether, however to top this trip with BA was the fact that they chose not load our bags in Phoenix Arizona. I lodged a report as soon as we arrived in JNB. The website states that you are looking for the bags. But you already knew where they are as the agent told me the last tagging was in Phoenix Arizona. i have tried to contact you on the 2 numbers supp**** but either no one answers or simply they are off and their mailboxes are full. The telephone number posted on your website *** simply takes you to what I assume is now a fax line so no help there either. Does BA actually give a damn? I can see my bags are still in Phoenix, at the airport terminal, as I have a tag in them that transmits their location. They have not moved in 3 days.
