No BA service available

On the 9th of May flight from Harare to Johannesburg was delayed twice meaning we had to book on another airline for our daughter to avoid missing connecting flight to London. Difficulty communicating with airline meant we were too late to request a voucher. Since then we have had no joy - cannot get through on any phone lines and online complaint form says reference number is invalid. What do we do now!
