Never fly British Airways or use Vitality Travel

We book a premium economy seat with BA to Greece from Johannesburg. The flight to London was great. Our shock was when we boarded the Greece leg. There was no premium economy and we had to sit at the back of the plane, not what we paid for! It got worse, on our return flight, BA canceled our flight and rerouted us via Qatar. Because of the London to Greece leg we paid for better seating allocation to the tune of over R4000.00. The Qatar flight only had economy and we had terrible seats, not to mention the 3 hour wait in the plane before we took off from Dohar. I have just been informed by Vitality Travel a discovery product that they will not refund me for the seats I paid for and did not receive. This includes the premium economy seats and the prepaid seats we paid for, up and above our ticket price. This includes a 30min international call to the UK who told me that they would refund me! I am absolutely discussed with this type of service. If you are considering using BA or Vitality Travel I would think twice and then go somewhere else!
