LATE FLIGHTS AND NO WARNING OR FEEDBACK

My wife and I BA Executive Club Members, *** & ***7 booked to fly from Durban to Port Elizabeth thro' Kulula with BA/Comair. Flight No, BA 6234 on 20/02 and was supposed to take off at 08:00hrs and eventually left at 09:30hrs. On 27/02 BA 6323 left Port Elizabeth over on hour late for Durban. The alleged Kulula/BA Manager advised me when I complained in Port Elizabeth on 27/02 that I should perhaps fly with another Airline. Why was there no prior warning as advertised that the flights were late?<br> Mr Walsh if this how you allow your \Contract Staff"to address Executive Club Members when they cannot even fly to a simple timetable"
