Incompetence to change e-mail address and password

\BA EXECUTIVE CLUB --- EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!! Incapable of resolving a simple log-on problem. This makes one wonder about more complex issues like AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY. <br> This is unacceptable!!!!!! I have been trying to change my log on credentials for more than 2 weeks. After endless calls
