IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF A PERSON AT BRITISH AIRW

Hi There,<br> <br> Please could someone tell me why it is impossible to get hold of anyone at British Airways without dying for hours for the phone to be answered. My daughter battles in America to get through to British Airways, and we do here too. She lost out on her air ticket back to SA, as she battled for months to get through to someone to help her.<br> <br> I love BA.....so please can we update the call centre, to make life easier for the passengers.<br> <br> Many Thanks,<br> Brenda<br>
