impossible tel 011 ***

need to phone BA Executive Club urgently on tel *** ..... impossible. Have tried CONTINOUSLY SAYS MEMBER OF TEAM WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY ... after 40 mins holding tried again holding for another 30 min then another 40 mins and now left phone on from 4pm it is now 4.50 pm still NO Answer !!
