I WILL NEVER FLY BRITISH AIRWAYS AGAIN

If this is BA's level of service I will never ever book another BA flight again.<br> We where booked to fly from London to Paris on 10th September and then get on another flight from London to Johannesburg two hours after the flight arrived in London. Note Separate flights.<br> We wanted to change this to cancel the flight from Paris to London and start our homeward journey from Heathrow.<br> <br> On inquiry I was told that <br> A. Cancelling the Paris to London leg would cost US$5260 (about R60 000)<br> B If we started our homeward journey in London then they would cancel our booking.<br> <br> Several emails have been exchanged but we are met with total apathy.<br> <br>
