I will fly with someone else next time.

We booked premium economy because I am tall and don't fit in economy. The space available was good, but between my wife's screen not working, No toilets in premium economy, chaotic boarding and a generally unpleasant experience I will not be going back to BA. My wife and I had to sit in opposite sides of cabin too, I felt like customer satisfaction didn't matter.
