Flying with BA and boy are we sorry

First phase of our travel with BA was already the worst I experienced with any airline used. The second phase with the actual flight out just as bad, you are squesed into your seat and the storage above is shocking. Three seats have the equivalent of a few shoe boxes to store hand luggage. None of the other airlines i used have the same approach. Some do not even book the middle seat of three.
