Flight delayed slacky cabin crew

So on the 16 oct 2017 i was flying from heathtrow to South Africa flight was delayed by 2 hours and 30 minutes due to not maintaining the aircraft we sat in the airplane for more then 2 hours cabin crew was not help full you ask for something to drink or something just to eat like a snack i ask for a drink around about 1:15 i only got my drink 02:30 im so unhappy and to top everything off i needed to give up my seat for another lady who is struggling to walk that was really bad and for that reason i dont think i will ever fly with British airways again
