DO NOT EVER USE A CARD AT A BA CHECK-IN

I was recently on vacation in the UK. On my departure (Heathrow London) I paid for excess baggage using my ABSA cash passport card. I have since discovered that I was de*****ed of 344 GPB (translates to roughly SAR6k). This company doesn't respond - incredible!!! <br> <br> I would like to warn all travellers out there NOT TO EVER GIVE A CARD OF ANY TYPE TO ANY BRITISH AIRWAYS CHECK-IN CLERK, rather go and draw the necessary and pay over hard cash ... DO NOT GET CAUGHT AS I WAS!! I would be interested to know if anyone else has experienced similar ********** transactions with BA.
