Disgusting British Airways

In January 2020, with the height of Covid, BA and Heathrow Airport closed. My flight was cancelled. I was never refunded my money but rather given a travel voucher. I subsequently travelled BA. On enquiring about my travel voucher the travel agent in the UK said "you can claim the voucher in cash at Heathrow Airport". Obviously at Heathrow Airport BA helpdesk the ground staff just laughted at me and said no. I have subsequently written to BA begging for a refund. Sadly this has fallen on deaf ears. I have lost my hard eraned money to a big bullying coporate giant British Airways that could not care about their customers. DONT TRAVEL WITH THEM OR TRUST THEM. THEY ARE THEIVING *******S. They are happy to take your money upfront but fail to deliver. What a disgusting establishment they have turned out to be.
