Disgraceful service yet again

<p>I specifically booked a flight for 10h25 to ensure I was in London in time for an urgent meeting at mid day. Bottom line is that it's now after 12h00 and we are still sitting on the plane waiting to depart. Excuse after excuse does not impress me. This happens far too often with BA and despite utterances to the contrary, they simply do not care . Enough is enough!!</p>
