Destruction of my luggage for no reason

<p>I've just landed in Cpt, traveling from PE. I found my luggage damaged with security tape around it. I've reported this to the help desk, but I have not gotten any clear instructions of what I must do next, and the Port Elizabeth branch is not picking up, to get clarity on what happened to my luggage. I'm so disappointed and angry at what has happened. I would just like my luggage replaced so I never have to deal with this company again. </p>
