Delayed baggage

Had my suitcase left behind in Jhb. Seems like this is a regular problem with BA in Jhb. Whole containers were left behind and listening to other passengers at Heathrow and on my return trip, this doesn't seem unusual. I had a bag tag so could track my bag and once it landed at Heathrow, it still took another 24 hours to start moving it from the airport to where I was staying an hour away. Then 10 hours to deliver. I was 3 days without luggage and this could easily have been avoided or decreased by at least a day. On arrival back in Jhb it took over an hour for the bags to start to be unloaded, resulting in some people missing connecting flights. BA management in South Africa and the baggage handlers are in need of a desperate overhaul. Shocking service.
