Damaged an ****** property

I arrived from Namibia yesterday at OR Tambo International Airport, flying with British Airways. When I got home I noticed that my bag had been opened and some of my items were missing. My suitcase was left in shambles and very clearly EVERYTHING was opened!!

I tried phoning customs at OR Tambo International on 4 different numbers and none of them work!! I phone OR Tambo Security and they said it was the airlines fault, I must take it up with them.

When I phoned British Airways, no one knew which department could help me, and I eventually got put through to India who didnt even know where OR Tambo International was! I phoned another number for lost and damaged baggage and got an automated preset message saying that they cant handle any more queries as they have too much of a back log. Really????

I dont think I am ever going to get any halp or assistance in this regard, so when traveling with British Airways, always lock your cases and have them wrapped for extra security!!!
