British Airways - Shocking!

What a shocking experience traveling from Paris to London, we were delayed and moved from different gates and now stuck on the ground in London waiting for a space to park the plane!!!! I am not going to recommend British Airways ! Shocking!! There are people with connections and babies on this plane! SHOCKING!
