BRITISH AIRWAYS REALLY SUCKS !

Our family traveled from Madeira to Gatwick on 8 January 2018( 4 hour flight ) over lunch time , no free lunch or drinks . Leaving Gatwick , the plane left very late , because there were a shortaged of cleaners . Then , a belated supper is served . Bangers and mash , burnt beyond regognition ( Black carrots etc. ) When we arrive at Cape Town , we hear that my Grandson's suitcase is still sitting at Gatwick . This experience has cured me of British Airways , for life !
