BRITISH AIRWAYS - NO COMMUNITATION - DELAYED LUGGAGE

SHOCKING 11 Sept - i requested a claim with regards to delayed luggage.. was sent an email with claim no... saying they will contact me shortly... to date (25 Sept) NO ONE has Contacted me. Bag was missing for 15 days..... SHOCKING SHOCKING SERVICE
