British Airways ***** and cheats

BA online service doesn't allow city changes, only dates and times. After calling in to change a city of departure a fee was attached to the process plus a change of flight cost and a service fee. After waiting 44mins on a phone line in Nigeria, I received the information for the above alteration. US$790, US$270 for change of flight details and a US$40 service charge. I accepted but still then had to personally go into a bank and wait for the confirmation. I phone from the bank as the email took 30mins for a response and was told the confirmation had been done. After 4 hours I went online to see the confirmed booking since I was assured it was going to be emailed to me, which never happened. The city was still the same as what I had just paid $790 for. when I called in at 4.30pm they kept me waiting saying they could do nothing and I had to pay more!! asked to speak to the supervisor I was told to wait. At 5.08pm they cut me off. On a return call voice message telling me the office was closed....<br>
