British Airways Keeps my Money but doesn't Print my Boarding Pass to Fly

I have been waiting almost 2 months for my ticket to be refunded. I was assured by customer service at BA that the visas i had would suffice to fly to Portugal, I booked my tickets and arrived at the airport where I was told that everything I had was correct but the system was not able to print my boarding pass. I have been emailed telling me it is under investigation for TWO MONTHS- i haven't been called or had my account of the situation noted but my MONEY has not been refunded! My travel partner was offered a flight vouched ON THE NIGHT! Absolutely Disgusting service.
