British airways is ****

The worst airline that exists. Lost ou baggage for 5 days. Now trying to get back to South Africa via Heathrow with tickets bought almost a year ago. We cant check in on our flight because it's been overbooked. So we are sitting and waiting on standby with no clear solution to the problem. Will never fly with them again.
